In the evening a romantic 3 course “Phantom of Love” Dining Menu, enjoyed in either our Byron’s Brasserie or 1776 Grand Ballroom, featuring Lobster thermidor mousseline with ginger jelly in act 1, the highlight in the main act is the cote de beuf with a medley of turned, roasted vegetables – ideal when shared between 2. Act 3, it’s over now the music of the night, presents desserts of distinction. The rum baba with raspberries and a drizzle of white chocolate, simply divine don’t you think.
