Warm Roquefort cheesecake with oven roasted vine tomatoes with a light basil dressing (v)

Pulled pork and apple dumpling with a smoked hickory sauce

Roasted rump of lamb with spinach mousse and wild garlic sat on a bubble and squeak cake

Chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms and hazelnuts and served with Pan Haggerty

Pan roasted Black Bream with lobster and a lobster cream sauce, and a creamy buttered pea mash
