We have some super exciting news for you! And it relates to something that is undoubtedly universally loved…food!

 

As you know we are huge foodies here at the Brasserie, and are always exploring new ways that we can share our passion and creativity with you. Arriving to our tables in Spring and Summer 2018 is our shiny brand new dinner menu…and it is some seriously mouthwatering stuff! We’re celebrating with an official menu launch on Saturday 28th April, and we would love for you to join us – Admission is FREE.

Of course on your arrival our lovely ladies Lauren and Hannah will be there to greet you, alongside a wonderful team who will make sure you are well looked after. The quintessentially English atmosphere will allow for conversation to flow over Prosecco cocktails or whatever your preferred tipple may be. You will be offered appetisers from the dinner chapter of our Byron’s Book, and we have to admit that the marinated olives and stuffed peppers are always a favourite!

 

  

 

Furthermore, retro lounge singer Gaynor Smith will be joining us, who takes modern music into a classic world. Relax to the sounds of this amazing jazz vocalist as you sip on wine and tuck into a divine dining experience.

New Dinner Menu April 2018

 

Lauren’s recommendation is the Hake dish. She says “Hake is perfectly in season, razor clams add in a little bit of harmony to the acidic sorrel sauce, and the whole presentation is just so pretty”.
